Youth Day Trip: Wells Gray Provincial Park

On Wednesday, August 9, we will be taking a day trip to Wells Gray Provincial Park, just outside of Clearwater, BC. We’ll spend the day in God’s beautiful creation, enjoying the beautiful waterfalls and stunning views!

All youth going into grades 6 and up are welcome to join.

The plan: Meet at the Summit Drive Church parking lot at 8:30 am. We will take a bus to Wells Gray, where we will stop at several viewpoints and perhaps go on a short hike or two. Then, we will get some ice cream before heading back. We should be back in Kamloops around 5:00 pm.

Cost: $25 per youth. This cost covers transportation and ice cream (NOT lunch).

Lunch: Please pack your own lunch! There will be a cooler on the bus to keep it cold.

Also, please email Pastor Ben if you are a youth leader or parent who would like to come along and help supervise the youth.
